All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order is completed. However, if there is an issue with your order, such as a defect, misprint, or error on our part or our print partner’s, please reach out to us to resolve the problem.
Refunds for Errors or Defects
Refunds are only issued on a case-by-case basis due to printing or production errors, defects, or other issues that occur during manufacturing. If you believe your item qualifies, please follow the steps below to open a claim.
How to File a Claim
To initiate a claim, please contact us at support@shopmuglife.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the item showing the defect or error
Once we receive your information, we will review your claim and work with our print partner to investigate the issue. If your claim is approved, we will process a replacement or refund, depending on availability and circumstances.
Do Not Return Items to the Warehouse
Orders cannot be returned to our warehouse, as we use a print-on-demand service that does not accept direct returns. Any items sent back to the warehouse will not be refunded or returned to you. Please contact us directly to resolve any issues, rather than attempting to ship items back.
