Order Fulfillment
We partner with a reliable print-on-demand provider to fulfill all orders. Each item is made to order, ensuring high quality and a unique touch. Once you place your order, it typically takes 2-7 business days to create and package your item(s) for shipment.

Shipping Rates and Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Standard shipping timelines (after fulfillment) are as follows:

• United States: 3-7 business days
• Canada: 5-10 business days
• International: 10-20 business days

Please note that shipping times may vary based on your destination and potential customs delays for international orders.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to follow your package’s journey. Tracking updates may take a few hours after shipment. You can use the tracking number and your email on our Track Your Order page for easy access.

Customs and Duties (International Orders)
For orders outside the United States, additional customs fees or duties may apply based on your country’s regulations. Unfortunately, we cannot predict these fees, and they are the customer’s responsibility to cover upon delivery.

Lost or Delayed Orders
We work hard to ensure your order reaches you quickly. However, if your order is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us, and we’ll assist in investigating with our printing partner. If the carrier confirms a lost order, please follow up directly with them to resolve the issue. Once an order leaves the warehouse, we cannot be held liable for delivery issues with the carrier.

Changes or Cancellations
Since each item is custom-made, changes or cancellations may only be considered within 24 hours of purchase, though this cannot be guaranteed. Once your order moves into production, modifications aren’t possible.
